Coach Noll is a dedicated man who wants his players to succeed... He has helped me tremedously throughout this year with my shot and working after hours on my jumpshot.. his main goal for his players is to exceed their expectations and become not only a great player but a great person....

Coach Noll made a huge difference in one of my players. Jermarkis Willis has been my point guard for the past two seasons. Last summer he worked with Coach Noll on his outside shooting. In the past teams would play off Jermarkis and dare him to shoot the perimeter jump shot. After working with Coach that was no longer the case. This past year Jermarkis rased his 3 pt. shooting percentage from 29% to 42 %. His free throw percentage also rose from 59 % his junior year to 70 % this past season. Coach Noll helped him become a more confident shooter and a better all-round basketball player. He not only worked on the mechanics of his shot, but more importantly, on the mental aspects of shooting. Jermarkis would no longer be hesitant to shoot if he missed a couple of shots, he KNEW he was going to make the next one. I highly recommend Coach Noll if you want to improve as a player and a person!!

My son Colin has been working with Doug Noll for the past 6 months. Doug is an excellent teacher, coach and mentor. Being my son's coach, I longed for someone, outside of myself, to help take Colin to the next level of his game. Doug has filled that ticket. He has helped prepare Colin mentally, physically and spiritually. He has challenged him in his physical training and mental preparedness. I have seen a huge change in Colin in the mental aspects of his game. This is a direct reflection of Doug's teaching. I knew Doug would help Colin with his shooting and improve the fundamentals of his game, but the mental preparedness was totally unexpected.

Doug has helped Colin go to the next level with his shooting and confidence. He has encouraged and motivated him beyond my wildest dreams. Colin was recently named as a 2nd Team All American in a national tournament from a pool of over 700 players. I give a lot of credit to Doug for helping him achieve this goal.

One of the things I am most pleased with, is Doug's friendship and sincere regard for Colin as a person. He wants him to do well in basketball, but he is also concerned with decisions that Colin makes that can affect him for a lifetime (ie college choices). He is very interested in his spiritual well being as well as his athletic endeavors. I believe the money, time and effort put forth to have Colin under Doug's guidance and training is well invested.

Hi, my name is Janice Futter. My daughter Kelsey is 14 years old and in the eighth grade at Summit Middle School. I wanted to take a minute and provide you with some feedback and thanks. It sometimes seems like we get in a mode of only responding to negative situations rather than acknowledging the positive. I just want to really thank you for your work with Jalen and the other kids. Steff and I have been thrilled to watch the growth of Jalen’s basketball skills based on the time he has spent with you along with the work he has put in outside of his sessions with you. More importantly than the growth in basketball skills, we’ve also been grateful for the “life lessons” you’ve communicated to Jalen and the other boys during the sessions (Hard work, healthy living, teamwork, making smart decisions, etc.). I think it’s really important for Jalen and the other young men to see the great example you set as a coach and athlete. I know there are mixed signals communicated regarding faith and athletics in society today. I’m glad Jalen has had a chance to see the example you have set. We try to instill in him that because of his faith as a Christian, he’s called on to compete with all of the abilities God has blessed him with. I wanted you to know that we’ve enjoyed the experience and thank you for your work and the positive style in which you instruct the kids.

Doug is teaching Kendra to be more mentally prepared for the game, and how to raise her game to the next level. She is learning how to read the defence, and react on offence. I have had Doug Noll come to our school to teach our kids on the mechanics, techniques and fundamentals of shooting and also about workouts and how to practice on their own to be better players. Our three children have been instructed by Doug for the over the last year. Doug has worked with each child to develop and elevate their skill sets so they may all be able to reach their goals! Our oldest is interested in playing at the college level, Doug has sharpened her shot, movement with and without the basketball and more importantly helped her develop her mental game. Our middle child is working to make his high school team, Doug has helped him to expand his shooting range and create an all around game. Our youngest son has been developing his skills to play at the middle school level. Doug has worked with him to learn the proper technique of shooting and ball handling. At each level Doug has taken a personal interest in growing each child’s skill set to be competitive and to allow them to succeed at their chosen level through a philosophy of positive reinforcement.
